Dr. Lyna C. Ellis is a board-certified internal medicine physician, founder and medical director of BestSelf Wellness Clinic based in Lakeland, FL. Dr. Ellis graduated with her doctor of medicine degree from the Universidad Libre de Cali in Colombia and continued on to complete an internship in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. There, she also completed a residency in internal medicine before going on to Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ where she undertook a fellowship in hepatology. Since then, Dr. Ellis has earned certifications in obesity medicine, neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, advanced facial aesthetics, anti-aging procedures, and IV nutritional therapy.
